Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is free forever. No credit card, no trial period. You pay a 10% transaction fee only when you make a sale — no monthly fee on the free plan.
Why is the fee different on each plan?
Selliqon's transaction fee drops as you upgrade: 10% on Free, 5% on Starter and Growth, 3% on Pro. Upgrading pays for itself once you're selling regularly — the monthly fee is often less than what you save on the transaction fee alone.
Does the fee include Razorpay's processing fee?
No. Razorpay charges its own processing fee (~2% + GST) separately, deducted directly by Razorpay during settlement — same as it would on any platform. Selliqon's fee is on top of that, not instead of it.
How does this compare to Gumroad?
Gumroad charges 10% per sale flat, on every plan, with no CRM, no lead capture, and no follow-up system. Selliqon's Free plan matches that 10% — but Starter and Growth cut it in half to 5%, and Pro drops it to 3%. Every plan also includes a full lead CRM, email campaigns, and analytics that Gumroad doesn't have.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You'll move to the free plan (10% transaction fee). Your products, leads, and CRM data are preserved.
