Refund Policy

Platform subscriptions

Selliqon platform subscriptions (Free, Pro, Business) may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not used the platform to collect revenue in that billing period, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@selliqon.com.

After 7 days, or where the account has been used to collect payments from buyers, refunds are not issued for subscription fees. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

Buyer purchases (seller products)

When a buyer purchases a product through a seller's Selliqon storefront, the payment is processed through Selliqon's configured payment flow. Seller payouts are not automatic until payout infrastructure is approved. Refunds for buyer purchases are at the seller's sole discretion and must be arranged directly between the buyer and the seller.

Selliqon is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or refundability of products sold by individual sellers on the platform.

Payment processing fees

Razorpay and Stripe transaction fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable once a payment has been processed, as these are charged by the payment processor.

How to request a refund

Email hello@selliqon.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Selliqon after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
