Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Selliqon account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Selliqon is a creator revenue platform that provides tools for lead capture, CRM, automation workflows, product storefronts, and analytics. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis during its current MVP phase. Features and limits may change.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Usernames must be 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only.
• One person or entity per account. Do not share accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Selliqon to:

• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to leads
• Collect personal data without appropriate consent from your audience
• Violate any applicable privacy or data protection law (including GDPR, CCPA)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

5. Lead data responsibility

When you use Selliqon to capture leads, you become the data controller for that data. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from people who submit their information
• Complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction
• Not using lead data for purposes beyond what was disclosed at capture

6. Payment and billing

Selliqon is currently in an MVP phase. Billing is not yet active. Paid plans are displayed for informational purposes. When billing launches, terms will be updated and users will be notified before any charges occur.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content (products, copy, lead data). By using Selliqon, you grant us a limited licence to host and display your content for the purpose of providing the service. Selliqon retains all rights to the platform, branding, and codebase.

8. Limitation of liability

Selliqon is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of leads, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
