Selliqon ("we", "us", "our") is a creator revenue platform that helps creators capture leads, sell products, and track follow-ups. Our service is available at selliqon.vercel.app.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account dataYour email address and display name when you sign up.
• Profile dataYour username, bio, social links, and avatar URL that you choose to add.
• Product dataProducts and automation keywords you create on the platform.
• Lead dataNames, emails, phone numbers, and social handles submitted through your public storefront or automation flows.
• Usage dataPages visited, actions taken, and simulator runs — used to improve the product.
• Technical dataIP address (for rate limiting only), browser type, and device information.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Selliqon platform
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure
• To store your leads, products, automations, and CRM data on your behalf
• To enforce rate limits on public-facing APIs
• To send transactional emails (e.g. magic login links)
• To improve product features based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data.

5. Cookies

Selliqon uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your lead data at any time from your dashboard

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Selliqon:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions
• Upstash — Redis-based rate limiting (IP addresses only, not stored)

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
